This updated bottling of the classic Jin Jiji India Dry Gin uses the same indispensable Indian botanicals with a rice-based spirit at its core. Using a neutral spirit made of rice allows for more juniper punch to take point and be supported by the gin's supporting cast of chamomile, black tea, holy basil, and cardamom.
